This team building aims to test the work achievements of the staff in the first half of the year, temper quality, train the expression skills, and improve the psychological quality. Through a series of team activities, members can be frank with each other, trust and cooperate with each other, and effectively solve the problems in front of them.
The whole staff will be divided into four teams, namely "First Team", " Stormtrooper", "Chaoyang Team" and "Super Team".
The first step of team building is called "crossing the line of fire". It requires all players to pass above the virtual line of fire within the specified time. During the process, any part of the players' body and clothing should not touch the line of fire.
In this link, due to the different statures of the team members, the four teams decided to cooperate and jointly send all the team members across the line of fire. "How to send the first and the last person across the line of fire" is the biggest difficulty in this link. After brainstorming and intensive discussion among the team members, the "ladder tactics" were finally formulated. After many attempts, all the team members were successfully sent across the line of fire safely.
"Circle of Excellence" requires each team to pass a rope circle the size of one person within a limited time, and no part of the body can touch the rope circle. The team with the shortest time will win. The passing criteria required by the coach is 19 seconds, that is, the average passing time of each person in the team is only about 1.3 seconds.
In the face of such "impossible task", each team tried different tactics and repeated practice under the leadership of the team leader. After more than one hour of repeated running-in, the four teams all broke the 19 second mark in the final assessment. The "First team" won the first place with a total time of 14 seconds 53, and the average passing time of less than 1 second! Jiang Lin from the Human Resources Department delivered a victory speech on behalf of the "First Team".
Looking into the eyes of the "Great Devil" is a comprehensive test of psychological quality, expression ability and self-regulation ability. The members of the four teams will challenge the Great Devil one by one, say their goals, and achieve self-breakthrough under high pressure.
Finally, Jiang Lin from the Human Resources Department resisted the pressure and successfully challenged the Great Devil. Subsequently, four teams have successively defeated the "Great Devil" and constantly challenged. Minkang people's strong ability to withstand pressure and psychological quality have been recognized and praised by two "Great Devils".
After the competition of three training links, the coach comprehensively considered each team's performance, organization, obedience, team discipline, pressure resistance, communication ability, member participation and other aspects, and finally, the "First Team" won the first place in the total score of the team building activity. Yang Zhibo, the deputy general manager of Minkang, awarded the gold medal for the team members from the "First Team".
After a day of intensive expansion training activities, the team members actively broke the comfort zone, changed their attitude from passive to active, actively adjusted their mentality, strengthened communication and cooperation, and at the critical moment, they strengthened their confidence and determination to win in the face of difficulties.
