Reason 1: The meter has entered the place from a place that is too hot or too cold, or is currently in an environment that is too cold or too hot.
Solution: Under the normal temperature condition, wait 30 minutes for the test.
Reason 2: The direction of the test strip insert into the instrument is wrong or on back to front
Solution: Read the instructions and insert the test strip into the instrument properly
