  • ①Whether the battery is installed (confirm “yes” to enter the next step)

    ②Whether the battery is installed correctly (confirm “yes” to enter the next step)

    ③Open the “on-off button”, whether the screen is displayed (confirm “no” to enter the next step)

    ④Whether the battery is out of power (confirm “no” to enter the next step)

    ⑤Contact customer service to replace an instrument.


  • Reason: Blood sampling before the blood drop symbol to display

    Solution: Wait for the blood drop symbol to display before blood sampling


  • Reason: Use the used blood glucose test strip or the test strip is exposed to the air for a long time

    Solution: Re-test with a new test strip


  • Reason: Operating temperature out of range

    Solution: Please measure within the operating range of 10~40


  • Reason: Low battery

    Solution: Please replace the battery in time


  • Reason: Siphon blood is lacking  

    Solution: Insert a new test strip and siphon the blood sample to fill the entire window


  • Reason: Password card error

    Solution: Please contact customer service for solution


  • Reason: The results are higher than the measurement range of the blood glucose meter

    Solution: It is recommended to measure again to ensure that no errors occur during the measurement process. If it is confirmed that the meter is working properly and no errors in the measurement process, but the result still display HI, you may be in a state of severe hyperglycemia. Please contact your doctor immediately.


  • Reason: The results are lower than the measurement range of the blood glucose meter

    Solution: It is recommended to measure again to ensure that no errors occur during the measurement process. If it is confirmed that the meter is working properly and no errors in the measurement process, but the result still display LO, you may be in a state of severe hypoglycemia. Please contact your doctor immediately.


  • Reason 1: The meter has entered the place from a place that is too hot or too cold, or is currently in an environment that is too cold or too hot.

    Solution: Under the normal temperature condition, wait 30 minutes for the test.

    Reason 2: The direction of the test strip insert into the instrument is wrong or on back to front  

    Solution: Read the instructions and insert the test strip into the instrument properly


  • Reason 1: The test strip is bent and resulting in the meter is unable to work

    Solution: Take out a new test strip for testing

    Reason 2: The test strip is not inserted in place and resulting in poor contact

    Solution: Reinsert the test strip for testing
