The First Phase of the Sales Elite Training Camp of Minkang Medical Ended

Minkang University is thinking and positioning from a strategic perspective, combining training and talent management with the goal of becoming an incubator for corporate talent training.


On September 29, 2020, the first phase of the three-day Minkang Biotechnology Sales Elite Training Camp ended successfully in Jinzhai, Anhui. Jianmin Gan, Chairman of Minkang Biology, Zhibo Yang, Deputy General Manager and President of Minkang University, Zhai Yanjun, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Scientist Dr. Cai Zongzhe, and all members of the regional manager and city manager, all members of the marketing department, all members of the export department and personnel of the Ministry of Commerce attended this training.


Jinzhai is an important source of the Chinese revolution and an important birthplace of the people's army. Minkang University chose to take this place as a starting point, thinking and positioning from a strategic perspective, combining training with talent management, and aiming to become an incubator for corporate talent training. This training camp not only inherits the corporate culture, but also demonstrates the high expectations of the company's sales team and the determination to spare no effort to cultivate talents.


On the first day of the training, Ms. Yang Zhibo, the principal, gave an opening speech. Afterwards, Dr. Cai Zongzhe, chief scientist of Minkang Biotechnology, first brought the training content of "Industry Development and Product Technology", introduced the process technology of Minkang products in detail, and described the future development of the industry through simulation scenarios. The trainees carefully listening, recording and benefit a lot.


Next, the lecturer Jiang Lin of Minkang University brought two courses of "Company and Product Introduction" and "One-Minute Self-Introduction". The former enhances the sales team's awareness of the company and products, and the training handouts enable participants to independently and proficiently explain and operate products. The latter through rigorous training, enhance the stress resistance of trainees, eliminate fear of going on stage and lay the foundation for the later sales team to carry out training in the region.


In the early morning of the second day, all members of the training camp visited the martyrs' cemetery in red uniforms and remembering the revolutionary martyrs. Then went to the Meishan Reservoir to participate in the team building. Everyone took pictures in the historically significant place.


At 10:30 in the morning, the trainees officially ushered in the two-day golden course of "Game and Win-Win Business Negotiation Skills" brought by teacher Jiang Mei, which is also the core part of this training. Teacher Jiang Mei has been hired by Yang Sen, Qizheng, Kang Enbei, Zizhu and other large domestic and foreign companies as long-term regular lecturers. Through in-depth analysis of dealers in the class, he brings detailed explanations of the four major content modules of "Dealers’ Roles and Responsibilities", "Key Points Management of Distributors’ Visits", "Negotiators' Positions and Beliefs" and "Game Rules and Strategies in Business Negotiations" Teacher Jiang Mei used vivid cases and easy-to-understand courses to greatly reduce the difficulty of communication among the students in future work and improve the skills that the sales team should have.


On the last day of the training, all staff participated in the customs clearance assessment which were product explanations and product demonstrations. After the end of the full-day course every night, the regional managers actively organize group students to recite courseware, demonstrate operations and perform their duties. The trainees did not disappoint and one after another handed in satisfactory answers.


At the end of training session, Chairman Gan Jianmin affirmed everyone’s efforts and recognized the holding of the first sales elite training camp. And announced that the Minkang University training base will be settled in Lu'an, and more talents will be obtained cultivation and promotion here in the future. President Yang Zhibo awarded graduation certificates to all staff, and Chairman Gan Jianmin praised the team champion and awarded prizes.
